This all-levels class blends mobility, strength, and breathwork in a relaxed outdoor setting. You can expect:

No experience required. Modifications will always be offered.

Matt Swanner is a yoga teacher, musician, and wellness educator based in North Carolina.
His classes focus on functional strength, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation — helping students feel stronger, calmer, and more connected after each session.
Since 2017, Matt has taught in studio settings, behavioral health & recovery environments, and community spaces. His approach creates a class that feels both intentional and approachable.
